  • Production & Shipping Times: All orders are custom-made. Production and shipping typically take 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, weight, and destination. We offer competitive, flat-rate shipping for many products, calculated by our localized production system.
  • International Shipping: Gelato products are produced in over 30 countries. 95% of orders are produced in the same country as the delivery destination to reduce shipping times and environmental impact.
  • Delivery Disclaimer: While we aim for timely delivery, shipping times can be influenced by order size and local carrier capacity.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or with quality issues, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will work with our production partners to arrange a reprint or refund.
